Nationwide is connecting with its lending sources to ensure they can deliver the speed necessary to complete deals before the 2009 calendar year is up.
Many lenders slow down during this month because they lose focus which means no loan closings for clients. Except for Nationwide!! The reason why is NWBC presents a fully completed underwriting report which allows the Decision-makers to see you’re borrowing capacity and allows them the ability to uncover the right loan in record time.
It’s common sense! Which file would you work on? A stack of 200 pages with no continuity? Or a complete report written by an underwriter for an underwriter to review in less than 20 pages? You guessed right and your deal gets funded this month!!

Posted by: | CommentsWhen it comes to getting money in this environment it really comes down to relationships and terminology. People ask me how is the commercial loan market doing? I tell them it’s great if you know the right people!
Relationships are crucial in this marketplace. The only way to earn the trust of a lending source is to deliver a full complete underwritten commercial loan package to them upfront. This leads to my next point of terminology.
When you give a complete underwritten package to a lending source it shows them they are not dealing with a rookie company. It also sets the stage for our client to get an answer within a couple of days, compared to a file sitting in limbo for months. Read More→
