Last night I came home and asked Amanda what can I do to be more productive? She stated to me that I need to Plan my day according to what brings in the most Money to my Businesses. I decided to focus my Efforts on Sales Activities Only which will benefit the Most to me in the Long Run.

Five (5) Simple Rules to Be More Productive in Sales Starting Tomorrow:

1. Plan my Workday Out Before I leave my Desk for Tomorrow

2. Make sure I focus my Early Morning Efforts on Marketing Activities Only (Social
Media, Articles, Blog, etc)

3. Late Morning follow-up on Current Prospect List for my Business

4. Focus the entire early afternoon on New Prospects with Cutting Edge Phone
Technology that brings Live Prospects to Me!

5. Late Afternoon – Clear my Daily Email, Personal Items and any Paperwork for the
Day.

This Simple Daily Sales Schedule with Today’s Technology will Leverage my Time effectively to Produce More Sales for My Business. If every Entrepreneur focused on these Daily Activities they would become Successful Very Quickly.

Being connected is good when it comes to Lending!! During this time of the year many people are connecting with their families and loved ones. Nationwide is connecting with its lending sources to ensure they can deliver the speed necessary to complete deals before the 2009 calendar year is up.

Many lenders slow down during this month because they lose focus which means no loan closings for clients. Except for Nationwide!! The reason why is NWBC presents a fully completed underwriting report which allows the Decision-makers to see you’re borrowing capacity and allows them the ability to uncover the right loan in record time.

It’s common sense! Which file would you work on? A stack of 200 pages with no continuity? Or a complete report written by an underwriter for an underwriter to review in less than 20 pages? You guessed right and your deal gets funded this month!!
